chen de developed its independent servo system to replace its existing fixed or variable pump system. the servo system is powerful in both universal and flexible installation: with a few easy steps, the user can replace the power system without any welding or cutting to the machine frame.  in addition, only one set of tools is required do the replacement, with no extra fittings.
our high-performance intelligent testing platform, which is the first to be designed and developed in china, is used to perform a comprehensive test of the servo system including energy efficiency, overload testing, pressure response test, noise test, leakage test, and work simulation. testing, typically done before delivery, ensures the best servo system performance.

the servo system includes the following parts:
1.    servo controller box:
•    independent design
•    as simple as attaching the box to the machine frame
•    includes a servo controller, resistors, cooling fan, filter, and braking unit and labels
2.    a hydraulic pump and servo motor set
•    includes a servo motor, hydraulic pump, clutch, oil pipe connector, pressure sensor, safety valve etc.
3.    accessories
•    include power cable, current contactor, wire connector, screw & nut etc.
4.    paper info
•    includes a packing list, installation guide, wiring diagram, hydraulic part list, troubleshooting, and certificate
