the 28th chinaplas would be held at shanghai new international exhibition centre (pudong) on 23rd~26th april, 2014. as a key member of the hong kong chen hsong group and one of the top enterprises of injection molding machine industry in china, chen de would show her latest product – em150-svp/3 in the exhibition (e2 pavilion j41 standing).
based on the traditional advantages of injection molding machine of chen hsongem150-svp/3 was integrated with advanced practical design to make it more superior in performance and user friendly. more powerful driving system and mechanical rigidity ensured the machine performance and structural stability to a maximum. equipped with a high efficient servo motor, the oil pump system realized the advantages like low energy consumption, high response, high repeatability and low noise. accurate position control and stable startup and stop were achieved by using imported and optimized hydraulic components. by using imported linear transducer, the position control of mold opening and clamping, injection, plasticizing and ejection could be more accurate. by using real-time monitoring system, product quality and molding parameters could be monitored via pc in real time.
for cbmold 300, the high quality control system, made in germany, was introduced to the em150-svp/3. as a high level controller, cbmold 300 has the following characteristics

em150-svp/3 would be demonstrated in the exhibition by molding a fresh food plastic box with food grade pp raw material, which was environmental protective, safe, nontoxic and with high strength. its volume was 1000cc, the size was 272mm*106mm*52mm, wall thickness was 1.6mm, product weight was 100g, and one mold single cavity production was adopted. (the product was shown in the figure below.)
