this summer, 17 junior students from 9 colleges all around the country participated in the summer internship of chen de; and on july 22, the opening ceremony for 2015 annual training plan of the summer intern was held in the meeting room of the company. the relevant senior leaders were invited and attended the meeting; where, han manager of production department made a statement on behalf of senior leaders, expressing our hearty welcome for intern students and expecting they can learn something during their internship. the achievements of intern training plan of last year were showed in the meeting, and the arrangement for the training plan of this year was introduced, including professional skill training, individual professional quality training and various additional activities. at the end of the meeting, the company senior leaders took a group photo with the intern to mark the occasion.
chen de company actively responses to the policy of strengthen the district by talents put forward by shunde government, and make persistent efforts to be an example of personnel training and talents introduction for the local enterprises of shunde after winning the honor of advanced training base construction unit for college students of shunde district in 2014.
