on october 16, 2015, the achievement appraising meeting (2015) for the new product and new technique organized and held by china plastic machinery industry association was successfully held in chen de plastics machinery co. ltd. in shunde district of foshan. this meeting mainly studied and showed the svp/3 series of servo-drive injection molding machine launched in 2014 by the chen hsong group to the leaders of china plastics machinery association, senior professors of the industry, the certifying commission formed by the excellent enterprise experts as well as the representatives of the suppliers.
the purpose of the svp/3 series of servo-drive injection molding machine developed by the subordinate company (chen de) of the chen hsong group was to learn the foreign advanced technique, promote the development of the our plastic machinery industry and improve the quality of the plastic product industry. during research and development, the technological difficulties were carefully analyzed and various techniques were demonstrated. the key technique and technological difficulties were identified and tackled. the model machine was successfully developed and finally got the successful acceptance from the customers.
one of the biggest innovation highlights of this product was that the machine controller was developed based on the industry 4.0 control technique. the assembly language based on the international standard iec61131-3 and plc open was adopted for this controller. the bottom platform was the open-type ethercat platform. the secondary development could be constantly carried out to extend the machine function. compatibility of different communication ports help to assist and promote the achievement of the overall management of the intelligent workshop control.
the control system was equipped with the intelligent and humanized functions e.g. intelligent correction of parameter, maintenance & fault indicating and remote monitoring. at the same time, this machine could visit the controller through the public flat of wechat. the operation and control of machine via wireless ipad/ android mobile client so that the quality parameter management and the product life-cycle management of the machine could be achieved.

the customer representatives for this time: since high precision control for mould opening, both mould and robot could be well operated and protected. therefore, 36 svp/3 injection molding machine equipped with the new controller were purchased at once.
finally, various proprietary technologies and the key technology of the company are adopted for the product, the performance of the equipment was reliable and the operation was steady. it was certified by the commission the overall technology of the project reaches the international advanced and domestic leading level.
it was believed that this series of product could contribute a lot to the quick development of the injection molding machine of our country from the downstream industry to intelligence, high efficiency and low energy consumption industry.
