from the very start, chen hsong has been on a roll during this year’s k 2019. now the rolling gets… you know… bigger and bigger still, with crowds and crowds of people constantly surrounding the chen hsong booth. particularly popular was the second-generation sm700-tp ii two-platen machine.

there is an anecdote worth recalling — during the first day of the show, a european visitor came by to view the supermaster tp ii on display, as well as for in-depth technical discussions with chen hsong germany engineers. he wanted to buy some new machines for his production.
at the end of the session, the visitor — let’s still call him a “visitor” here because he has not yet been a customer by that time — said he would need to talk to and investigate every single competitor and all competitive offerings before making his decision. then he left.
