the plasticizing system is designed specifically to address upvc molding characteristics. the screw, with hard chrome coating, is designed to assure good plasticizing, anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion capabilities. a fan cooling type barrel with pid temperature control avoids upvc degradation caused by shearing overheat. high viscosity upvc material is plasticized by using a plasticizing motor one grade higher than normal. to ensure enough space for mold with hydraulic core pull devices, the doors on both sides of the clamping unit are broadened.
